I have finished making this exept for the chamber. The chamber was too small in the 1st place; the gun wouldn't have enough air left over, after goin to the pilot valve, to go to the barrel. but it did open the piston just not much air came out the barrel for it to shoot anything which is the reason my 1/2" x 4" chamber needs to be bigger. just give some comments on my design and try to give suggestions.

It might work, but honestly, I have found that piston valves need quality materials to work. In all of my valves, I use top quality neoprene sealing faces, and this has proved essential. It guarantees no leaks, and is a great asset. I am not sure whether your Nerf dart idea will work or not; it seems as though it would break apart or just fail to seal completely.
Also, make sure your piston seat diameter is great than the diameter of the barrel.

Assuming the piston can travel freely and is a near perfect fit in the T fitting, I don't see why it shouldn't work.

It is a greater diameter than the barrel hole, and it survived my test of blowing into it, it didnt leak. this may end up being my first piston gun, or my worst5 nightmare

Mmm... just remember you can only generate a handful of psi by blowing - the pressure from a pump is a lot higher.
Just as long as the dart face can take the forces involved it should work.
