Nice gun. How did you make all the metal parts?

I am very jealous, I only have lathes and mills that are probaly older than 40 years. But I guess its a learning process. So whats the RPG looking round for?

Just one more question, how did you machine the inside of your barrel? I know on a lathe you can use a reamer, a nice drill bit, or a boring bar but as for a CNC machine is it the same?

thanks for all the props. it does fill thru the valve. it is a coaxial. the qev is just unbelievable on this cannon. the piston is made of uhmw plastic with two orings. .005 clearance. rubber flap covers the equilization holes. the foam decreases pilot volume. the wood was just a sleeve for the airgun for aesthetics. the rpg is just a muzzle loader bar to load the corks.
the barrel is a standard size aluminum tube. not pipe so it has no seams inside. perfectly extruded .800 inside diameter. the bullets i made were rifled since my lath doesnt have enough travel to run a rifling tool thru th barrel. the longest barrel i could rifle would be about eight inches.

looks good altogether but i tihnk ur going jsut a bit overkill on actuating it witha qev and a modded blowgun..now dont get me wrong it looks good but for a small cannon i cant really say that the qev increases the power that much...i know it does but im jsut saying a 1/2 or 3/4 ball valve would proabbaly do the same..almost...i =still lurve ur cannon though

Very nice, clean cut and beautiful. As with Shownomercy I am jealous. My lathe was made in the 30's,I'm a litttle outdated. The RPG ramrod was a good idea,it compliments the gun very well. And know it is time for the Noob question:how powerful is it?
I would lke to see some damage pics when available.

And how long does it take to machine each bullet?
