I just recieved a 1/4" Deltrol QEV from ebay and I just waned to know if you could fill the chamber directly instead of through the pilot port. I know this is possible with a Parker QEV, but I'm just not sure about Deltrol. Thanks in advance!

I doubt it. I have tried to do so on 3/4" Detrol QEV's, and it did not work. I think I also tried it on 1/4" Detrol QEV's with a failure as well.

The only QEV's which I own that can be filled from the chamber port are my 3/4" Asco QEV's.
