What do you guys think about the support block and the gun so far?

I think your support system will work just fine. I'd consider using a pipe saddle instead of the T connected to the ball valve, but your idea will be fine too.

If you're going to go to all the trouble of double-sleeving your whole chamber, don't leave gaps for the metal straps; those gaps will create weak points (compared to the rest of it). Instead, sleeve the whole thing, and then using a file (or dremel, or even sandpaper) create shallow grooves for the pipe clamps - it doesn't take much of a groove at all to keep them from moving around.
I like your idea for cutting slits in the handle T's for the metal straps to go through - I might emulate this myself, if you don't mind. Hell, I'll probably do it even if you do, but I'll be nice and ask anyway

Are you going to use metered propane? Where are you going to mount the tank?

My last comment, consider using 2" elbows from the chamber to the barrel, for less choked flow. Also would allow you do to a pass-through style barrel.

Why even cut grooves? Wont hose clamps have enough friction to prevent twisting?

The slit through the tee connector for the hose clamp works pretty well, I used one of the barrel supports on a paintball gun, and it didn't move a bit.

Well its too late now for putting on 2" elbos but im sure it'll work perfect as it is already. The further the support block is down towards the barrel, the better the support will be and it wont be flimsy when shooting either. I was going to put the support before the ball valve but then i would have more chamber volume and what i have right now is perfect, a 6 foot long barrel = 149.5 cu. in., and a chamber = 163.23 cu. in., which leaves me with a 1.09:1 ratio which is perfect cause i would hate to have such a long barrel especially since i have a car for transporting it.

I have a stun gun ignition incased in a project box, copper clad spark strip, a 12 V. fan, it's propane injected (w/ regulator), laser sight, and a meter w/ guage. It's a very clean looking gun so far, i have all the wires concealed with the black corrigated tubing. I'll have the gun pics and damage pics ready in a couple days.

A question about the elbos, it shouldnt be that big of a deal that i have
1 1/2" instead of 2" right? Because that would suck if i had to cut it off and replace it with 2" because of the airflow.

The back handle is the spark ignition and the front handle is for the laser sight, any suggestions as to where i should mount the laser? I was thinking the bottom of the bottom support tee? I dont know?

Sure thing...so i'm kinda scared about my 1 1/2" elbos now. Is there gonna be a problem if i have it this way, like my performance, or the gun blowing up or something? I really need this question answered.
