Hey guys I just finished my latest hybrid, and successfuly fired it at 4x!! (after 5 minutes of mixing...)
Nothing new here, The main chamber is a 1" steel tee, connected to a 1/2" steel union. ignition is provided by a BBQ igniter. The disc i used was simply two layers of duct-tape, next time i'll use aluminium foil or something else as the pressure might not have been as high as it should have when it popped.
I filmed the shot , but i'll wait til i can get more footage before i post it in the showcase section.
I might also make a little storage with stoechiometric mixes already in, because it's a really pain to get it to shoot. I think my pump has a leak and thus i can't get an accurate reading of the pressure, both propane and air. Stay tuned for damage pics, vids, ultra slow-motion and so on ! ;)
until then, take care everyone ;)

I'll post every media i have on the final page, in the hybrid showcase section ;)

For now there is only this frame that looks interesting, the rest is just me tryin to get the mix right...There's a leak, so i will fix it, with epoxy. i'm tired of using the same pipes i have had for 4 years now; so next cannon i build i'll buy new pipes and tees and whatever i may need. ^^

I have to go to the university right now, and i'll be back in 10 hours...see you then;

cute minigun you have there ;)
i can imagine that a HD video on that length would be almost impossible to upload to youtube.
my HD video on about 10seconds took about 20 minutes at 1920x1080 and 60fps..

hmm, i can feel your BP gun barrel lose in a moment, this thing needs it!
