Awesome vid and hybrid there!
Thanks for giving plenty of time to turn speakers down (3AM here, up early)...Setting up part was cool.
A lot of vids go straight to "BLAM", followed by, "Fx@$%^^*T A dude!!!"
Good job. 8)

Just need to pick up some fishing sinkers...they've gone from $.30c each to $1 in two years. Crazy.

Got a pot lid and some MDF to shoot, will that satisfy your needs JSR?

Cheers THUNDERLORD, the video was actually supposed to be like that, but I didn't want to make a sh|t video that would end up with me getting comment after comment on YouTube about how bad my video is or how I faked everything, even the moon landing. :D

It looks like your shooting firing off a ramjet instead of a spudgun. :D

Good job on the video. Can't wait to see some holes in (multiple) layers of MDF.

Haha yeah, that freeze frame is quite interesting. When I get time i'm gonna do some actual testing using the video camera to check what exactly I have to do to get the best combustion by changing some variables slightly.

I'm guessing I want a flame that looks a bit like the last freeze frame in the video. Looks pretty badass :D

Sounds good, but why wait for sinkers, wad and nuts/bolts/nails, live life the Hezbollah way ;)

This is an interesting question. Videos that cut straight to the action and are edited fast and furious... or those that actually show you the set-up as well and edited at a slower pace?
I personally like a video that's not too much either way, and this is pretty much on the money.

Anyway, the performance looks respectable. Now put something in the way of that pressure.

And with that said, I think it's time to crash out.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

Nothin' like having a sacrificial vacuum cleaner lying around for damage shots... 8) Very nice Crowley!

Well actually it wasn't sacrificial...it ended up collateral damage. I didn't expect the sinker to make it through..too soft, but I guess its weight took it straight through. :D

According to HGDT, I think those shots had about 850 joules of muzzle energy behind them travelling at 260m/s. If I used a 1/2oz sinker instead, i'd be shooting over SOS according to HGDT.

Shoot at a coke bottle pumped up to 120 psi half full of water, you'll be surprised just how cool it is. Get it on camera as well

Just stand well back and wear earmuffs
