32mm steel ball bearing, weighs about 130grams. Just need a decent barrel and more importantly, target. I'm thinking a fridge, with heaps of wood behind it.

HGDT says about 2000 Joules at 170m/s...anyone want to take bets on if it can go all the way through a fridge? I'm not really sure how tough those things are on the inside...


Also picked up 100, 8.5mm steel bearings.

BTW, if anyone mentions anything about using macro on my camera...I did. Thats what you get for using cheap batteries.

If you're going to put your hybrid behind the barrel then you should have no problems penetratingat all, it's basically steel sheet and insulation.

Yeah, it'll be the hybrid behind the barrel. Probably an 8x mix. Wonder what I can use as a backstop, maybe i'll take it down to the beach and use the cliff as a backstop

You should put a camera inside of the fridge facing straight up so we can see if the light stays on, errrr so we can see the damage from the inside. Plexiglass will protect the camera.

If you don't trust the protection of plexiglass, use some one else's camera !

Yeah, I plan on getting at least 2 compressors. I'll have about 2 weeks, so I have time to test them out and see if they're going, if not, they can go back out on the street.

But no...i'm not shooting my camera. It's a perfectly good camera, just with sh|t batteries that are flat.

Then shoot the batteries. I wonder what will be left from a battery when hit by such a projectile.
