Well, I´m in holidays now, so damages must be made
So, I thought it´s about the time for me to go hybrid , as I got 2 tazers.
Specifications:
Chamber: 1" 30cm iron(I think) pipe.
Burst disc: soda can.
Mix: don´t know how high I will reach, but as long as the spark happens
Fuel: Butane.
Barrel: 1/2 steel tube.
About the gun, I must say there are nothing special on it, the only part that I really spent time on is the charging plug, machined from a aluminium rod on my drill press.
Video on Tuesday/Wednesday

Mix question: The chamber volume is 210 ml, I´m using butane so it´s 3.5% of the chamber volume per mix right? Just want to make sure before I do anything stupid.
I will syring meter the fuel and inject from the muzzle.

Technically for butane only it's 3.2%, so you need to inject 6.7mL per mix number. Check out the syringe injection thread, I explain it in detail.

I read it, sounds simple.
How did you find out the pumps dead space? I will use a compressor to charge it, how am I going to do that and why? If the gauge from the pump/compressor reachs the correct pressure that means that chamber has the same pressure as well.

You have to know approximately for low mixes. You just check your air line Inner diameter, and the length of it. pi*r²*L and voilà... volume.
Nice hybrid by the way wyz!

Say you're using a blowgun style filler, the dead volume is everything past the blowgun valve. Want to know the exact volume? Fill it with water That's how I did it.

In the same way that air goes in the chamber, fuel is going to flow out of the chamber and into this dead volume. If you don't take this into account, your mix will be off.

Hum, or a check valve between the fill port and compressor

As long as you take into account the cracking pressure of the valve and add this to the total pressure required

Labcoats... and a bench that wouldn't be sanitary to eat off of even if there was a place mat over all of it lol. Nice.
