i made my gun way better
it has a battery and compressor in a backpak with quick disconects
and it has a 1" and 1.5" barrel
with the 1.5" barrel the recoil almost knocks me over
i only shoot this gun at 2X
i make my burst disks by getting 10 feet of tin foil and folding it into a tiny square then i cut a circle and i have 20-40 burst disks and they stick together
so when i went snomobiling i took my gun and left it in the snow for a while and shot it a couple of times and the last time i accidently put 15 layers in and when i shot it the burst disk didnt burst and the rubber ring on the bulkhead got stheched and it made a really loud farting noise that scared the crap outa me
but the gun still works fine
the wood is 1" MDF

Cool little set up although the union looks a little small compared to chamber size. What mixture have you taken it to? 2x or 1.5x??Cool little set up but.

Are those white pieces Sch80? usually Sch80 is gray.
I like your container for the propane tank and how you have everything nice and tight on there. I agree you should get a bigger barrel and maybe go for stun gun ignition with multiple small sparks.

looks like hes using sch 80 pipe and sch 40 fittings. not too unsafe when you think DR made one out of all sch 40
Got any other damage pics?
How much did it cost?
Overall nice setup

What mix do you use this at? It should never be taken over 1x, considering how much Sch 40 there is on it. And why did you post the same picture three times? Ignition: BBQ igniter. Yeah, you'll really want to be a foot away from something that is unsafe and can reach 200 psi.
As for the poll, I think it would be fine for a 15 year old to build a hybrid, they just need to know what they're doing first (unlike you if you didn't catch that).
It probably also doesn't help that your first post was something completely ridiculous that would never work, so people may start questioning your thinking ability.
Not mentioning all the unsafe parts on it, it looks fine!

How do you vent????

by pyro86
I vent by hooking up my compressor and let air blow through it for 20 seconds Later i will get a 1" bulkhead and ball valve so i can open the valve and let the fan do the venting
I have only taken up to 2 x but I wont go over 3x
all of The PVC is double thick except for the endcap and the 1" PVC union is rated around 400 psi
It cost me around 100$
Nothing on my gun is DVW Why is no one complaining about DR's hybrid ? all the bushings are threaded
the bigger bushing is sch 80
Iwish i could get a stun gun but there ilegal in canada

What mixture is it taken to?The SCH 40 parts are fine by me I have seen it done a few times without dier consequences.
Although it would be smart to use all SCH80 next time.
Again what mixture is it fired at?

That looks like it has DWV in it, judging by the distance the bushing is sticking out of the other bushing.
I'd say don't use it as a hybrid, it doesn't look safe enough.
Nice cannon, but it's too risky to use.

Drac, it looks like one of the bushings is threaded and the other one might be, but it's still unsafe.

Pyro86 - Some may of havn't built one, but I sure as hell bet they know what they're talking about.
and how can you know know what DWV is or pressure rated pipe is and Drac is a mod so im pretty sure he does know. It is hard to tell from a picture.
