No chrony...Sorry.
I'd like to know myself. Not that it would make a difference.I achieved my goals.

No upgrades when it comes to the powersource.
I really want to use the 1500 lead bb;s I have waiting for an airgun barrel.

That would make quite a difference.
And I would like to rebuild this thing one day with more attention to details, lathed parts etc.
hardwood butt and stuff like that.
Still, not a lot of mayor changes.

Edit: missed the smaller reservoir comment.I do plan to cut down on dead space in the plunger construction,to achieve maximum pressure. :D

oh sorry apparently I've misunderstood you

it looks better now that's for sure... of course you can add a bigger tank and have it straped to your back in a backpack or something...

How much for 12g CO2 adapter ?

Excellent work in improving an already excellent gun.

Hopefully showing it off will bring in some more spudders from the netherlands!

The adapter cost me 14,95 euro. You can order them for less if you are an american.
$12,95 on some sites. It would be great on a high pressure small QEV gun as well, for portability reasons, and ease of use.

please don't take this one apart...
That would be a first..I'll only improve on it okay?

Great stuff Brian, I always wanted to try this out - you could make something really compact, a proper machine pistol without a stock, with a long barrel concealed as a suppressor, something like the Stechkin APB:

...or the Glock 18:

Nah, even though they look great, the buttstock really helps aim.

I was thinking to use the other 12 gr. adapter I got on an ultra compact sawed-off, with virtually no reservoir, hammer activated qev and a short barrel.
If that doesn't feel right, I might consider a revolver.The size of a .44.
Not a revolver cannon.
Or a derringer,...Palm pistol...hmm..

Anyway, it opened up a lot of possibilities.
I could remove the valve from the PW handle and use just that.Placed in the rear of the cannon, giving me even more barrel lenght and a more direct gasfeed.Trigger placed forward.Barrel sticking out a bit more than it is in this model..

That would give me even higher velocities..mmm

I've always been interested in a mauser broomhandle design, with the cartridge in the handle.
It could feed where the magazine is on the real one.
They were fitted with a removable shoulder stock originally.
And one model had removable magazine and full-auto selectorhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0arGVi2pwz4
(3-second vid...One magazine maybe?)

Also, I was thinking it would be convenient to if you had a "dummy co2 cartridge" in the other quick change adapter, with a hose into the larger tank. It could be carried in a bag and the hose run into the side of handle.
Or mounted in the stock. (For more capacity shooting) 8)

BTW, Orange muzzle is a good idea, but my favorite was the bayonet pic! Off spud topic, but maybe you could build a co2 powered shooting knife blade, like one I mentioned in JSR's el spudgunno thread 8)
EDIT:11 sec. vid w/shoulderstock:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vnivGSFqdDU&NR=1 (Cool muzzle flash!) 8)

That makes no sense...I have a paintballtank I can use, but I choose not to.I want the 12 grams, for ease of use, availability and looks as well.

The idea is to make more of these (but cleaner) and sell them, or give them away as a present to some friends.
This way they can always get the stuff they need to fire it, as 12 grams are more common than any other powersource in Holland.People who are not familiar with our hobby like the idea, but don;t want to carry larger tanks or compressors around. They want it as small as possible.

I meant as an option for something like this to make it more versatile(shoulder stock/higher capacity..):
...I was thinking to use the other 12 gr. adapter I got on an ultra compact sawed-off, with virtually no reservoir, hammer activated qev and a short barrel.
If that doesn't feel right, I might consider a revolver.The size of a .44.

Just an idea for a different (more compact) design you mentioned...
BTW, You can also use the cheaper 8 gram cart.s, by adding washers into the bottom of the adapter. But then they're only 2/3 rd.s size of 12 gram. 8)

hey hey! Nice work on your bb machine gun with the 12g and all...

I live in aus so i can only get my hands on 8g CO2 cartridges that weigh12g altogether... just then i tried to shove it in with a blow gun (teflon and brass fitting) and it contains soooo much pressure... pretty dangerous if u asked me... cause the pressure was so great even my hand couldn't hold it in. How many rounds do u reckon u can fire with 12g... with 3-4secs of gas flowing.

gonna try to build one now... how much pressure do u think a 12g cartridge would have? 900psi like u said before?
It's Nerf or Nothing.

Don't start crying when I play this as my hobby, Paintball, Airsoft and Nerf are equally good hobbies, except you can play Nerf in public. Good day! Hmph!

I hope you mean a pressure washer handle and not the standard blow gun I'm thinking of...nothing to mess with up close  :?
