Yea it did need tweaking cuting the spring to the right length since it was to strong an it wouldn't return allways. I had to add a weight inside the bolt so it would have more punch when it would hit the valve. Lowest pressure it runs at is 90 psi highest 120psi. but 110psi seems to be right were it should be. Haven't tried any diffrent size springs since i dont really hav any i was thinking about getting some springs for paintball guns and jus cutting them to length and see if i can't get those working to. Also thanks for all the complements.

Go on, let's see it fire something ;)

Now that you have the valve working, what are you going to do for a reloading mechanism? Is it going to be independent or working in conjunction with the bolt as in my design?

Well i need to go to homedepot first beofre i can finish it. im going to be using a M4 airsoft hop up unit(one piece not a two piece). And m4 mags. An the top bolt will feed the bb into the chamber and shoot the bb out. Hope that answers your question.

It's a stacked tube design so that pipe rising from the hammer is going to fix to the ammo bolt and if it works like the paintball type the spring fired bolt has closed off the ammo port just as the blast of air hits the pellet. and then air pressure blows both bolts back again.

it seams that your success over other blowback attempts is that the hammer/rod constricts the opening to the barrel, however then if you plan to attach the bolt to the hammer in a blowback configuration most of the air will be released when the bolt is open instead of closed

I've taken a few whacks at the full-auto problem myself, including what I think is a pretty neat idea, basically a reverse-hammer valve. Valve strikes the hammer instead of the other way around, being mounted on the bolt. Haven't built it (most likely won't) but if I do a tech package release, I'll be sure to include that diagram. Also came up with some designs for a pulsed-air blowback MG system, using the adjustable pop-off as a pilot for a piston valve.
Completed projects:
CA1 SMSS Basic Inline
CA3 PDAB Airburst Cannon

Current Project: Bolt action rifle (25x140mm + 1in shot)

Wow... when I watch your full automatic blowback design, I jizzed in my pants.

Man that was really good something I couldn't do :(... how long do you think it'll take for you to complete it?
It's Nerf or Nothing.

Don't start crying when I play this as my hobby, Paintball, Airsoft and Nerf are equally good hobbies, except you can play Nerf in public. Good day! Hmph!

this is sweet. nice work on equalizing between the spring pressure, psi, hammer valve, etc.
WHY PAY FOR IT WHEN U CAN MAKE IT?
