I'd be a little concerned about 1/8" fittings breaking with normal wear and tear (not pneumatic functioning, just getting knocked around).
As long as they're not made of paper I wouldn't be too concerned.

I would have never of thought of this technique pretty good results to and could laminate the end result in epoxy to make it last.
Less weight and a lot less money out of my pocket.

Just brought myself some toys for the shed a mini milling machine and mini lathe never worked on such a small scale the machines I use at work are giants compared.

and the lathe i have just been informed is out of stock but my friend has offered to give me a unimat1 6 in 1 thing, which i have heard is terrible but give it ago.

Main problem at the moment is finding a place for the internals to fit as they are pretty large compared to gun overall size.

Don't it's NO good for metal. Also very small.

Hello,

Has any one made a inner barrel out of carbon fibre I have a length sitting around 8mm od and 6mm id make it a tight bore 6.1mm if possible its a meter long but only need 650mm

If you're using it with plastic BBs it should be fine.

Well the inner bore was not centre, so the wall thickness was not equal all the way round when I bored it out to the required diameter I test fired it a couple of times and the wall split
