I have been looking around, and have made a qev with slide valve however the air tank i am using now is very small and i was wondering as i have seen people use the carbonator from a soda stream, what threads are they when you take the valve off and how do i fill it up also on a pressure regulator is there a valve there that i can fill up the air supply without detaching it.

I think you meant "Soda STREAM", anyways. They go by either "CGA-320" or ".825 x 14 NGO" threads.
