my first, I call it The SBP mini.(small but painful mini)

Miniature guns are novelty custom, unique, and sometime downright crude! Common construction materials often include pill bottles or pens. Show us your work!

My new toy. Bored saturday afternoon + fiance finishing off a bottle of eye cream or something+ marine putty epoxy+ Old grill lighter+ center piece out of a piece of coax+ old bent sewing machine needle+ a little solder and shrink wrap+ a small zip tie=

<a href="http://s117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3154.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3154.jpg" border="0" alt="mini cannon"></a>

<a href="http://s117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3156.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3156.jpg" border="0" alt="mini cannon"></a>

<a href="http://s117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3155.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3155.jpg" border="0" alt="mini cannon"></a>

<a href="http://s117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3157.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3157.jpg" border="0" alt="ignitor"></a>

The neighbor volunteered to take one in the leg. (an air soft bb that is)
It was painful he said, so I shot myself in the leg and I have to agree with him...OWEEEE. Both through pants by the way.

<a href="http://s117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3158.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o75/ ... CF3158.jpg" border="0" alt="kevin's ouchie"></a>

It shot through a piece of junk mail nicely too on the second try.
Two pulls on the fuel works just right. It will fire nicely about 80 or 85% of the time. I put a tiny chew mark in the breech to keep the bb in place until firing, and melted the end slightly so It won't push through when loading. Its a Scripto pen tube, fits the air soft bb's quite nicely.

This is my first mini-combustion, and second combustion overall. It turned out a lot more powerful than I thought it would be to be honest with you.
The base is clear glass as you can see. Its neat to be able to see the spark, and the fire ball inside when you fire it.

Let me know what you think, or if you have any questions, fire away....no pun intended..hehe.

Yup...pretty thick stuff though. I really have no fear of it exploding at all.

Very lovely. It's interesting to see a glass chamber on a spudgun, but I don't think you will have any problems with shattering since it is such a small combustion cannon. Safety glasses wouldn't hurt though.

remember rule number 1 of guns, never point it at anything you dont wish to destroy, including your arm or what ever you shot... :)
Do not look back, and grieve over the past, for it is gone;
Do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come;
Live life in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.

Lent, that was my neighbors leg.hehe, through his jeans no less. He was a willing target though. Of course he shot me back after he found out how much it stung. That was why I maned it the SBP mini.
