Yeah, I agree with Jack it does sound a bit forced. Trust me, no-one who watched that probably cared about the actual shooting part. She was kinda distracting  .
Indeed. Especially with that clean workmanship.

It does sound as if her accent may be a little forced, but you never know. Being from the South, I've noticed that they tend to speak like that (and grow like that, too :D ).

God bless America.

I spent longer analysing the cannon there... spudding has taken over my life so much it's a higher priority than my primary biological purpose.
My thoughts were more like: "Hairspray? That's going to gum up the electrodes" than "Woah, hot."

And I know that's not right - when a "hobby" overcomes your only real purpose in life... I may have potato poisoning.

There was a cannon in that video?

JK: I noticed it, too. She mentioned Joel (I think, it was kind of unclear) and others on here began to think she was related to Joel at Spudtech. I've never met Joel but I would assume that a cannon like that should have been upgraded a little more, coming from him.

Did Joel ever have anything to do with Tasers or stunguns? I thought he just used piezos.

However, it's not impossible that "Jessica" (also the name for a famous piece of music) built the cannon herself, with possible guidance from elsewhere.

Yeah, that crossed my mind too. As far as the SGTC, it seems to me that he was more in to pneumatics. I never really followed his combustions.

BTW: I saw The Whiteboard. Thumbs up.

It sounded to me as if she said "Joe"

Now, is "Joel" pronounced like "Joe-el" or sort of just like "Joe" with an "L" added?

Anyway, I saw a whole new side of some of you guys just now. I'm going to try my best to restrain myself. (My second favorite website is 4chan.org, if that tells you anything.)

BigGrib just posted something about asking Joel questions when he's gonna be on his podcast or radio or somethin, submit that as a question: is this hot chick your cousin?

I tend to have a difficult time with stupid sounding people. She sounded stupid. I liked the gun though. Hairspray sucks. I was really hoping that gun was going to knock her to her ass. The fact that it didn't almost left me wishing for that 2 minutes of my life back. Almost.

I meet people who "talk different" every day and none of them have ever been able to pick up on their accent, but will definitely pick up on others.

Obvious typo.
