ok well holy shit!

i just put it together with the bbq sparker, drilled the holes etc, did a test fire and it seemed like it wasnt working at all, just heard the gases wheezing out, then a few more reloads and "BOOM", much loud than i expected, and the potato is gone, i cant find it anywhere, i would imagine it disintegrated, i feel a great sense of accomplishment given that 1) it worked and 2) i still have all my limbs and facial hair!

i noticed after the first shot, that a little while later i clicked the sparker again, and it shot a flame out, is there anyway to prevent any after fires/shots like that, i would have assumed the first shot would use all the fuel? and as far as cleaning goes whats the best method?

thanks for all the help, my goal when i set out two days ago was to make it a fun, safe and rewarding project and i think ive met all my goals, well that and people think im insane for building one!
