Marx Generator
Has anyone seen these before? I was wondering if anyone has tried to use one instead of a flyback transformer. These generators are made with resistors and capacitors and probably could be powered by a stun gun, I dont know the output of them since there restricted in Canada. The guy was getting 54" sparks between two seperate towers. Who needs a stungun ignition when you've got one of those?
The guy (Mike) is from the UK (as indicated by the .co.uk on the web address, and the other pages on the site), and stunguns aren't permitted over here either. It is obviously possible to create a suitable system without a stungun.
