Instead of using the turn valves (with the red knob found on water lines and such) use a ball valve or a sprinkler valve. The gate valves take too long to open.

The design looks pretty sound.

O and yes i did drop the breech loading..too much work and too hard! (for me)

Instead of extendable, would this work as a breech load setup? make hole in top of barrel, same for coupler. Align holes to load then twist coupler to seal barrel?( would need a handle though) like this

yea you got a point...that would work! I might just do that. Sorry i never got back to you guys but i havent got it built yet :cry: im still allocating the funds for it since my dad is being stingy. But i think iv got my final idea and i will hopefully :!: :?: :!: be building it this weekend.
