(this isn't for others) brian kan jij mij miss op msn toevoegen (als je da hebT) daredevil_leon@hotmail.com. ik wil er binekort ook aan gaan beginnen aan die van mij namelijk. miss kunne we elkaars problemen oplossen?

(this is for the others) i really think it would work. but you MUST make sure you will completely damage the valve on the co2 cartridge. if you don't, it will only shoot the time the dart tip will hit it.

Almost every cannon idea I seen that has a reply form WoW!! in it, he says, "I plan on building one of these" or a variation, but back to buisness. I've heard of nasty stories where these things can go wrong, though it's a good idea. I don't see it as flying straight really, seems like it would vere off in any direction it pleased after leaving the barrel.

Also, correct me if im wrong, won't it make the pipe really cold? But I guess if you're using metal this is'nt much of a factor.

I thought of using a rubber hose to sleeve the capsule ( to make it seal tight inside the barrel and only move at a certain pressure much like a burst disk)THis allows me to punch a hole as large as possible without the capsule moving.
At the muzzle I could dril several holes to loose excess gas quikly so the capsule is empty as it leaves the barrel or very shortly afterwards. To get rid of the missile- like behaviour.

The rubber hose-sleeving could also be made to not fit the barrel but only the "chamber" so the capsule has to push itself out of the hose( and build up some pressure behind it) and leave the empty shell behind.
Again much like a real gun

but you wouldent want to make the hose too tight or all the co2 could leak out the firing pin, but the co2 does come out very fast.

I can probably seal the firing pin side with some inner bike tube or something.
Okay...as soon as I find a barrel ( no don't recommend american sizes please!!) I'll try this idea.
If it shoots hard enough I'll try out some more advanced stuff.
