how many shots can the normal computer fan take before the fuel and cumbustion ruin it? on the average?

I don't think that they have a definate break point, It just depends.

I was thinking the ignition/explosion/combustion of the fuel would do the damage. Never dawned on me about catching fire.

I dont think it would catch on fire because the combustion is so quick.
