will sch 40 snd 80 fit?

will a sch 40 pvc pipe fit snugly in sch 80 pvc or abs pipe without sleaving

depends what sizes you're using, if you are using the same inside diameter piping (2" sch. 40 and 2" sch 80) then no, it will not.

well if i remember correctly i want a 1.5 in sch 40 pipe to fit in a 2 in sch 80 pipe because sch 80 hase a thiker wall than sch40. Right

Sch 80 has a higher thickness hence the higher number.

oh yeah, 1.5" fits nicely inside 2" sch.40 and 80, sch. 80 into sch. 40 will probably be pretty tight, might need some lube
