BB's in air chamber behind burst disk, will it puncture?

hey guys, have any of you tried to put any objects in a chamber held in by a burst disk?
I have made burst disk launchers and put objects past the disk but not before it.
I am thinking about putting a bunch of bb's in the air chamber behind a aluminum foil burst disk launcher and im wondering if the bb's with the pressure will prematurely puncture the burst disk.
I am working on a pre-loaded cartridge and it would make my design 1000 times easier if it doesnt.

Uhh how would it burst?
The only way for the BB's to even move was to input air, which is breaking the burst disk...

Well for example:
Say i run the burst disk normally and it normally bursts at 70psi. Now If I put in bb's will it burst at a lower psi such as 40? Just wondering if it lowers the ammount of psi needed to break the burst disk.

If all is in place and then you pressurize it, the BBs will stagnate and not move much (if at all). I don't think you would have to worry about them breaking the disk.

Similar to that???
I've personally seen that at airsoft, it is amazing. I've met neospud!

I guess I misunderstood you the first time. From your example, you are only taking away from the volume of the chamber. I still do not think, however, the bbs will make the disk rupture at a lower pressure.
There's only one surefire way to find out, though...

um no... not even close to the same concept....
mark3 is cool and all but I prefer the rc-p240 (P90 BBMG mod).
Anyways back on topic:
I wasnt sure if they would be stagnant or if they would "cloud" up and burst the disk.

Something like
this you mean?
Unless your cartridge has a BB diameter tube before the disk, where the BB is a perfect 100% seal, you should be safe.

yeah something like that but would hold a lot of bb's.

well today I got my first working prototype cartridge system and it worked flawlessly. Sounded like a 12 gauge went off when I dry fired it. When loaded with wading and bb's it sounded exactly like a real grenade launcher. that familiar bloop or thump noise.

Interesting, what are you using to burst the disk? photos/diagrams/videos would be nice
edit: nevermind, hadn't seen the thread
