Yes, sorry again, another question form the noob that is PaRaSiTe. I would have put it in my previous post but they are totally different.

What is all this I have heard about sprinkler valves? Is it basically a trigger used for gas flow? If so what are the advantages or disadvanteages over normal valves? Also, how much do they cost for an OK one? And are they good for beginners with BBMGs?

What's a ball valve as such? Is that just where you pull the 'trigger' and it lets air through? And how does it work?

I've just looked at the webpage you put up and it's still confusing. Is the solenoid basically the external trigger? Please can you explain the diagram to me slightly...more basic.

Ball Valve eh? Google? Its as simple as moving a handle 90 degrees.

As to the sprinkler... The diphram has equal pressure on both sides, then you expose the "venting side" to atomsphere (normal air pressure out in the open world). Since there is less pressure on that one side, the diphram moves to lower pressure. Since the diphram moves it is no longer sealed against the chamber and now air is allowed to flow into the chamber. On a electronic activated kind, it simply allows air from barrel side to flow behind diapram. Since the barrel is at atomsphere this lessens the pressure on the "venting side" of the phram, again moving it. Which allows the chamber air to escape into the barrel proppeling the projectile.
