New Bolt Valve

This concept works by filling all three chambers through one input connection. After all the chambers are filled the bolt is closed and a ball falls into the breech. Once the blowgun is opened the middle chamber is vented and the force from chamber 1 opens the bolt allowing the main chamber to vent out through the barrel. As the bolt is pulled back the breech is closed. Chamber 1 could possibly be replaced with a strong spring. I would appreciate any ideas that would improve this concept or any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.

This variation is a mix between a Toolies Piston and my idea. The piston in the back pushes the bolt Forward making it easier for bolt loading.

I get it now, thats awesome.there will probably be a few bugs to figure out, like getting a seal with all the chambers when u only want to vent 1 of them wats your ideas there?

The problem with these ideas is, will you be able to construct them. Both will require a lathe. I like the bottom one better. Ive currently constructing a breach loaded coaxail that will use the piston to load. Ill post pics as soon as I finish.

If I made the holes really small or used check valves that would eliminate the seal problem.

At the very least, you'll require an O-ring at the piston-barrel interface. You can't get air-tight seals in coaxial cylinders like that without them, and that region is permanetly pressurized.

My favorite thing about this valve is that it doesn't slam too fast, this keeps the paintballs from breaking. The other thing is that the permanently pressurized zone could be replaced with a good spring.
