while i was at the flea market i bought a 1 inch butterfly valve for 5 dollars.
when i got home i installed it on my miny cannon.
it shot almost twice as powerful at the same pressure. i was amazed that it worked better than my sprinkler valve. i spent 40 bucks on that piece of crap

Did you rig up some way to open the butterfly valve, or did you just open it by hand?

And why did you spen 40 bucks on a sprinkler valve?

my guess is because of the way a butterfly works it let the pressure out much faster

the valve is opened by hand al the air is out before the valve is even 1/2 way open.
I spent the money on the sprinkler valve because i have a gauge on it that records the highest pressure
the valve sort of opens itself after 1/2 way if theres any pressure left
