I know this is a stupid question but I just wanna know if there is any way to make a golf ball barrel without having to cut a gap in the pipe then sleeving it? I want a simple way to make a GOOD golf ball barrel that fits them almost perfect.

Buy some sdr 21 1 1/2 pipe. Sleeve it inside of 2 inch schedule 80 pipe. The sdr may be hard to find, check at any irrigation or plumbing supply store. Take a golfball with you, to make sure it fits before you buy it. Some report that the pipe fits easily into the sch 80, some dont. It depends on the manufacturer. I personally had to sledge hammer it in there for over a half an hour, but my barrel is 8 feet long.

An easy solution is to go to the link (advertisement) on the left of the page called launchpotatoes.com and go to general parts, then buy the golfball barrel.

its also known (usually) as 1.5" "class 200" pipe, becsue it holds 200 psi. you can get it off the internet pretty easy too, but anything over 5 feetish is gonna be alot of shipping (it might be alot already depending on where you live)

If you have a Tractor Supply company nearby, they sell it. Just make sure to ask them if you don't see it, they sometimes store it in back. 10ft for $8.

i would defenetly order from launch potatoes.com

you can order just plain pipe with no breach loading or barrel cutters at prety much any length you want (no you cant get 50ft sections).

also he has very resonable shipping and could arrange the shipping price based on your location to him

Still, you're paying over $20 for a 6ft pipe. Try to find a TSC by you.

I've been playing with 1.5" sch 10 stainless. Works great. Sch 10 aluminum should work well too.
