Far bloody out. I've had enough of this. While you're not as bad as the others, please use spellcheck and some grammar, though there is no need for the post to be perfect.
You can get a small piezo from an 'electronic' stove lighter or similar. Personally I go to the rubbish tip and use a torch to cut them out of old hot water systems, grabbing various LPG fittings and valves as well.
That said, there are other options. You can use capacitors, high voltage through an ignition coil, marx generator, tesla coil, lantern sparker, flux capacitor, steel wool and electronic current, a hole in the chamber and match, glow plug.. The possibilities are endless.
Edit: You can also use a stungun, which is just a transformer feeding a cap, which fires into a pulse transformer.

Like inonickname said. The post made my head hurt.
Where are you located? Hard to believe there is any place in the US that doesn't have several hardware stores (and big box stores like Target and Kmart) that don't have a pile of BBQs and accessories at this time of the year. If you live in Madagascar then perhaps there aren't any. Sure would help if we knew where you were.
Here is a photo of a common BBQ pieze (it is about 2x bigger in the photo than in real life).

So BBQing isn't big in Qynnum? Visit the web sites for various BBQ makers (like Weber) and see if there is a distributer near you.
You can buy one online from a BBQ supply place or a spudgun parts site.
You can get a long-handled lighter, which usually have a piezo ignition;
