someone i think pcguy(dont quote me) did one just like this only he used a pan of hot oil to heat the pvc. but i like the video, it is a good how to.

It looked good until he used ABS cement on PVC. Use the right glue.

Even if there was fuel, it would melt the rocket. As far as I know, this video is good to go, and definitely not a bad tutorial.
As for ABS glue on PVC, its a bone of contention on launchers themselves, but on a projectile which probably only lasts one firing, it's not gonna be too big of an issue.

The topic was posted by PCGUY but it wasn't PCGUY who made them. If you read the topic, you'll see that he gives sole credit to whoever really made the cannon/tutorial.
