I made a video on how to make them, here take a look http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4EhauBKfCQ

If you dont have a printer, its not a big deal. You can either make a template and then just draw it on paper or copy it from the monitor.
I personally use the template technique because you can fit 8 darts onto 1 A4 piece of paper compared to 3 printed ones.

I wouldn't use them over 10 bar with a fast opening valve cause the paper could explode. If you want more pressure then you can use thicker paper or saturate the paper with wood glue so it becomes more rigid. Or... my personal favorite, combine the 2.
Good luck!

btw. I didnt post my darts into the how to section :D

Oh god, don't make us do this to every one of your posts.

For nail darts I use(d) nozzles from caulking tubes. You can grab a handful from the hardware store. Cut them down using a stanley knife (boxcutter) and trim as required. You can even sand them if you want. Then simply force a nail through the inside of the tube through the nozzle tip.

They may not fit a 1" barrel. Have a look around.

Full ‘quiver’ of nail darts. 10 Gauge wads and corks.

The cork cutting and shaping is getting better each time.

My shooting range behind my friend’s farm.

I shot 3 holes through the plywood in a 6” circle without sights.

Next project: Sights
