is it possible/how do you build a piston into a 3/4" T
i would like to know this beacuse i want to build a .40 cal dart gun.
thanks and if possible could you include instruction, a link, or a diagram

Use a 3/4" wooden dowel, put a nail or screw in the end to chuck it in a drill so you can use a file or other cutting tool to make o-ring grooves. Go a little at a time, so you can keep control of what your doing, thats just the thought off the top of my head.

oh come on, do some research, use the searsch, or the how to, but copy the 2 inch piston into a 3/4 version.

no you guys dont get it. i need a chamber sealing piston. i dont need anything anyway im just gonna go with a sprinkler valve

you should have said chamber sealing to begin with, then we wouldnt have had to go through all this
