Is it possible to hit 100+ feet with a combustion mini? Is it safe to use a stungun and propane for igniting a mini? Or maybe somehow pump 500PSI in to a STRONG pressure rated chamber for a pneumatic...Has anyone made a mini hybrid.

Takes 2 seconds to find them: just click on the Submit Hybrid Cannons and Official Hybrid cannons.

And, yes, small metal cannons that can hold a lot of pressure have been built. One that I know uses steam.

So a 1 1/2in. X 3in. stainless steel chamber should be able to hold 500PSI? What's the maximum PSI for stainless steel? What's the strongest material to use?

yes it will hold 500 psi, if you put 500 pounds on stainless steel pipe, will it break,or bend? no it wont, but you need to see what pressure the welds can take.
