Does anybody have a good idea for a barrel support on this GB Launcher? The thin walled 1.5 gb barrel is sleeved with sch 80 2" in the middle and the breech is a hole in it covered with a 2" piece of sch 80 2".

A piece of ply wood with two semi circles with the diameter of the respective pipes cut into each end. Then a hose clamp or tape to push the pipes into the support, alternatively you could glue the pipes to the support.
OR you could machine that from solid PVC and then use pvc cement to connect the support to the pipes.

Just some 3/4" plywood cut into shape like bunsenburner said. I wouldn't glue the barrel supports on in case you want to interchange barrels.

Dang sorry I gorgot to mention that I don't want to do it like that
I was thinking more of a way to put fittings around the chamber and connect it to the barrel but there isn't enough space between the barrel and chamber. I just don't like the ghetto look of the wooden support.

* Get a pair of T's that fit the barrel and chamber.
* Slice half the long edge off of each and make "saddle Ts". (You can buy
saddle Ts but they are kind of uncommon.)
* If the the "T" arm(s) are too long and they both won't fit in the gap between the barrel and chamber then shorten'm.
* Use a short length of pipe to join the Ts.

That sounds good jimmy. I might try that.

Jimmy got it with the "saddle tees". You can also use a hole saw of the right diameter to bore out a pair of tees to accomplish the same thing, but that's just overcomplicating things.
Also, wooden supports don't look ghetto if you build them right. Stain/paint the wood and put some black hosing around your hose clamps and it'll look like this:

Thanks Mark, as soon as I confirm the design I'll decide on supports.
