I am making a HPA ball valve shotgun and was wondering how to make the spread be around a 1ft pattern at 60ft. Is it just a matter of having a small barrel or actually having sleeves in the barrel. I plan on using 4.5mm (.177 cal) bbs, small fishing weights, or shot for actual shotguns.

I would suggest research into shotgun chokes - no point in me repeating what the firearms world had sorted before even my great-grandparents were born.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?
