pop bottle to 1/2in pvc

is it possible to use pvc cement to attach a pop bottle to 1/2in pvc?

Possible Yes, but doesnt work well, I tried it at 10 psi and it leaked, at 15 psi It shot off, use epoxy instead, you can buy a tube of it for 5 bucks and it wont leak

Haha on my first gun, I stuck a piece of 1/2 in. PVC into the bottle and hot glued it in, never blew and never leaked. It was a water bottle though

Just use pvc for the chamber, it won't leak (if attached right) and it will be able to hold much higher pressures.

May I ask why you want to attach a pop bottle to PVC?
This is a beautiful way to attach pop bottles, but it needs a lathe.
