this is what happens when your home alone all day and have no supplies. its just a 2 liter bottle with 4 layers of ceran wrap rubberbanded around the neck of the bottle for a burst disk, 1 1/4 pvc taped on it for the barrell, and a schrader valve on the back.
it shoots a potato slug about 150-200 feet and the ceran wrap bursts at like 30 or 40 psi. it only took about 10 minutes to make and was free so hey its good enough for me.
ps: sorry about the crappy pictures. i didnt know how to make them smaller so i just shrunk them on paint.

hah yeah...someone needs to fill me in on picture shrinking. it kept saying they were too big and what you see is the biggest it would let me put.

K, open the un-edited picture in paint. Make sure that the picture is not outlined in blue dotted lines. Once done go to "stretch/ skew" and play with different percents. Although keep the two numbers porportional. Personally I do 20% for my camera pictures, obviously the size of your orginal photos may vary, so just play with it.

Air pressure builds up in the pepsi bottle until it breaks the seran wrap and all the air goes whoosh through the barrel. Its not that hard of a concept.
