Looking for someone to machine me an inline vortex block

Hey all- Not quite sure where to put this, mods feel free to move.
I'm looking for someone to machine me an aluminum inline vortex block for an unregged CO2 BBMG.
Prefereably someone within CONUS, as I don't want to pay ridiculous shipping. Contact me and I will send you the details- it is not a difficult plan at all, two holes, but I can't machine aluminum.

I am happy to give it a go using the CNC router, it would be made from HDPE or some other workable plastic, would that help ?
Posting 50 grams from Oz should not be prohibitive, at least until Customs tried to work out what it was in the package.........

Thanks for all the responses guys- I'll upload the plans tomorrow- sorry I didn't get around to it today.
Rough dimensions are either 3/8" or 1/2" wide, and about 1" tall, and 2" long.
Exact plans with hole locations will get uploaded asap.

Someone posted a 3d model with measurements for a machined aluminum vortex block, I can't seem to find it, but it was the same guy who posted the mini gun

That's very do-able, but not with the skirt on. The skirt would have to be separate. (and those are not plans; no dimensions are included.)
What were you thinking in terms of tolerances?

This is an inline vortex block, so its just a rectangular block with a hole in it. Not a Tee vortex block.
Will get the plans up today. Just got my eyes dilated so I can barely see what I'm typing right now.

Alright this is the drawing of the block.. let me know if you have any questions.
This is the first draft, do not go out and machine this right away as I may add a bolt hole for locking the vortex block in place, I'm not sure yet though.

Let me ask one question before you get too committed to this.
Why aluminum? I mean sure, it's cool I guess. But Something like HDPE will be a whole lot easier to work with, a whole lot cheaper, and won't be a huge issue if something gets messed up.
Plastics stores aren't that rare; I can go down to my local one and most likely pick up 10, 1" x 2" x 1/2" blocks of HDPE for maybe $5-6.
I could then turn those 10 blocks into 10 vortex blocks in much less time than the aluminum would've taken, at a fraction of the cost. HDPE blocks will last longer than you think, if that's your concern, and would be easily replaceable (you have 9 more, remember?
).
Aluminum offers no real benefits except for lasting probably forever, and being able to tell your friends you had a part specially machined and shipped to you for your gun.
