OK i had a thread about my first spud gun awhile ago and since then i have made a upgrade but would like some help. What i have done is bought a bbq ignitor. It came with the sparker and a lead and this thing u plug it into. It goes like the ignitor then a lead that u plug into the ignitor the you plug that same lead into this other thing and it has like a long metal thing in it and that sparks to the metal wall like so [ ]-------[----- ]
Anyway i took the sparker lead and got that long metal piece out of the container and i then drilled a screw through one side and then driled another hole on the other side and put the metal thing in and it was thread and had like nuts on it so i tightened those and thats at about 3/4 mark of the chamber. So i went and test fired it and nothing happened when i pushed the button so i touched the screw when i pushed the button and behold it fired really well. So that is the good side of it then after about 3 shots it didnt fire i tried spraying less deodarent and airing out the chamber but nothing so i was wondering if u could help me troubleshoot the problem if this helps i have 1m of 90mm dwv pipe for the chamber then a 90mm-50mm reducer then 1m of 50mm dwv pipe for the barrel please help

The first thing I would do is check you spark. Make sure there is no fuel in the cannon then open it up and check if your getting a good spark at least 90% of the time if not move the points closer together and try again. If that’s not the problem it's the air/fuel mixture.
Honestly, I'm not sure what your problem is beyond poor writing skills. Look here: http://www.neospud.com/piezo.html
