Basicly just look on the label for fuels such as butane, isobutane, propane, and alchohol. But yeah, if at all possible, go with metered propane. Trust me, I've used hair spray before, and once I tried metered propane, I will never ever ever EVER go back. Its so consistant it will fire every time, plus it is just so easy.

Deodorants usually use alcohol. Bug sprays are even better, since they usually use isobutane. If you can get lighter refill sprays (butane), use those.

You can make a hand-regulated propane meter for about 20 bucks, if you shop smart.

Not true...
Most deorderants use butane, isobutane, or propane as the propellant...
About all deorderants have Denatured Alcohol in them, but it's not a propellant, and not really great for a fuel, it does burn hot though it condensates...
Butane is really hard to measure, but it does make a good fuel...
And I don't reccommend bug spray, the burnt fumes knock you out sometimes, literally... lol, well maybe not literally, but they're not good for you...

Find an inexpensive air freshener-I don't know about Ireland but here Glade is not too bad for cheap. If you feel flush Oust works great. Otherwise propane is the best but it really shines with a chamber fan! Pad your shoulder though.
