Epoxy as Glue

Hi, its me again...
I've decided i'm going to build a combustion instead of a pneumatic, mainly because i can't find a sprinkler valve in the Uk.
Anyway, since i can't seem to find any pvc welding solvent either, could i use Epoxy and just Epoxy the shit out of the joints?
I've used Epoxy before, in pyrotechnics with mortars, and it seems to withstand the force very well.
Has anyone here used Epoxy to glue the joints together?

Well, I guess using something like JB Weld or other welding epoxys will withstand the pressure/shock from the fuel igniting, BUT, I am not 100% sure. PVC solvent cement will be much safe I think though.

How hard have you looked for the primer and glue? If there's pipe over there, there must be glue somewhere!

PVC pipes and no PVC Primer and Glue?

Put your ego in the closet and ask an employee
Try a few different stores, I'm sure you will find it.

you CAN use the epoxy but also put screws through the joint area

Order the cement and primer off McMaster! Don't use epoxy!!!

No pvc welding, use jb weld but with well aligned screws and be carefull.

Yes PVC welding. Use primer and cement and be careful.
If you can't find it at that store, order it from somewhere, or look somewhere else.

I wouldn't use epoxy it's just glue, it doesn't fuse the plastic together like solvent welding does. I think you're just asking for trouble.

Duct tape and screws, not the safest but 've seen it on a cannon before.

I can't believe that everyone is so ready to save time and money by cutting corners and completely removing what small safety margin there is in spuding.

Thank you, all my own work on there.
But anyway, did i mention that i live in the UK?
Stuff here is incredibly hard to find, i looked as far as i could for pvc welding primer and solvent, but no one has any.
