Breech loader help

I've been looking around for awhile now and I need some help deciding on a design for a breech loader for my cannon. I use it to shoot t-shirts out of a 3" barrel. I've seen alot of good designs that I could do for smaller barrels but there aren't very many of this size. I built the cannon with way more power than I needed, so a small leak in the breech shouldn't be a problem. I don't have access to a lathe and the shirts are about 5 inches long rolled up(which is longer than a standard 3" coupling.) What would you guys suggest I do?

Is this an over/under configuration?
If so I concocted a pretty simple but effective design.

yes it's over under, with a 27" long 4" reservoir. The barrell is 30" long 3".

No it isn't...
And for breech loading, use the fact that 3" couplers slide in side 4" pipe to your advantage. Make a sliding cover out of 4" pipe and 3" couplers. You will either need to remove the stopper in the middle of the couplers or just cut rings out of one coupler's edges.

the PVC ballistics breech loader is for a 1" barrel, I've looked at it before. I'll have to give that other suggestion a try though. That's 4" sch40 right?
