I don't know what to sleeve 2" in, why would you need to do that? If the 1.5" is SDR 21 it fits perfectly in 2" sch40

Doesn't 1 1/2'' Sch. 40 have the same OD as 1 1/2'' SDR-21? Just sleeve the 1 1/2'' in some 2'' sch. 80.

You could sleeve both in 3in or higher.

Why do you want to sleeve them?

Yeah, your question is really vague as to what you're trying to accomplish.

alright, im not very good at drwing, but you asked for it!
i am trying to make an inline combustion cannon with a 2in. chamber and a 1 1/2in. barrel, but i want to put it in a larger tube so that it looks like a buzooka or rocket launcher.
here is the diagram:
click on it to get a better picture.
the red is 1 1/2 in. the blue is 2 in. and the purple is what i would sleeve the entire thing in.

ok well i don't know of anything that fits in 2" sch 40 but you could take a slice out of another peice of 2" sch 40 and sleeve that inside it.

Look at the other 'bazooka' style guns on here and find out how they made it.
