hey
i just had a look on my cannon and realised it is dwv piping
should i drop it and run
or is it all good. i have already shot it a couple of times
btw it is a combustion cannon

Perfectly fine, don't worry. If you were using it in a pneumatic, you'd have problems.

my cannon is also made of dwv and it has never exploded

if its combustion and you've built it right, and havent dropped it, no its not gonna explode on you

I should probably point out that fittings & pipe will say that it's DWV even if it's PW, because if you can put pressure in it, you can obviously use it for a drain.
For instance, my 4" pipe is rated to 220 psi, is PW, and is DWV. (Got quite a start one day after I bought it: looked at my pipe, saw a DWV and yelped. I then remembered that A: it said 220 PSI on it B: it said PW on it C: A and B are normal.)

... so you might want to check for a PW as well.
