ok so im thinking about making a co2 set up for a 12-20 OZ co2 cans so do u just buy the co2 adapter to paint ball hose then at the other end of the hose put a female quick-disconnect then a male disconect to a ball valve to female quick-disconnect. and do u epoxy all the stuff how do u glue the stuff

adn when u are ataching the female quick-disconnect to the cannon do u just drill then glue it to the cannon
im sorry this is a new field of air cononing for me i have a lot of experince with cannons but co2 i havent tryed as much

if your talking about epoxying the fittings, they should be threaded you don't need epoxy just teflon tape. and to get the female quick dissconect to the chamber find a thick spot in the pvc then drill and tap the hole then u can just screw it in. i don't think u need glue. and you probably would want a regulator for the co2 or something to regulate it because 800 psi in pvc will blow up

tapping creates threads so that u can screw it in to the pvc or i guess you could just use the fitting to tap like on the "modding a sprinkler valve" topic

i would suggest against tapping a hole without an actual tap, using the fitting opens the threads more than they should be opened, and can cause leaks. if you tap the hole with a tap correctly (stop when the tip of the tap begins to come out the other end) it gives a nice tight tapered thread.

yeah i figured that out after my first time tapping in pvc. so using the fitting to tap the hole isn't good?
