Are Aussies becoming prone to getting carried away with life decisions? The all or nothing mindset can't be good.

Bummer, well I don't think I can ever quit, ever. Even with firearms.

No problem, glad I could help twitch.

Guys, maybe he's depressed over Heath Ledger's death and that's why he's leaving

Screw you Crowley :P . I'm leaving coz I just broke up with my girl coz I was a "psycho gun nut" and I need the cash for my cars.

On another note I might just return. Expect me to own a V8 or two. I just want to get my cars up and running and I need to cheer up.[/b]

we'll miss ya man.

come back and visit sometimes, like you said.

this hobby comes and goes in phases.

I was obsessed, then I barely shot anything at all, almost stopped

now I'm back, and schemeing and planning and working like a madman.

it's phase two of my involvement in the hobby.

It's gonna be good.

see ya soon twitch!

Clearly she wasn't the right girl for you then :) giving up your hobbies for the sake of poon-tang will be frustrating in the long run, be careful ;)

It's kinda funny how everyone calls JSR and crowley seniors.

I think I sent crowley his first pm, asking him if he liked ozzy osbourne, and welcoming him to the site.

I remember when crowley and jsr joined!

now, I'm not saying they arent seniors, as I know jsr has been spuding longer than I have, and likely has many times my knowlege. and crowley is one of the most consistent visitors of the site.

frank, well, I'm not sure if he was on here before me or not.

pete was for sure

It's funny to look back.

I'm a relative newbie to spudfiles, though I did actually first join in 2004 as "fullmetaljacket", but I wasn't active here because I liked the fact that spudtech was a private forum only accesible by members as opposed to spudfiles which is public - I guess that still makes me "senior" in some way ;p

Just think of what my post count would have looked like had I been active since then! I've made up for it, no? :D

And nobody mentioned me

Yeh, Twitch get your cars up and running.Nothing like a big ole V8 to cheer you up.This coming from the guy who traded his Chevy V8 for an inline 6

Well good luck you old Aussie.Find yourself a good girl who understands the wonders of things that go BOOM!
