How does everyone get an avatar and only be a specialist?

Well, you get an avatar by going up to the top right of the page and clicking "profile" then scrolling to the bottom of that page and either finding a picture on your computer, or putting in the URL of a picture online.
And I have no idea what only be a specialist means...

you asked the same question in another topic and I directed you how to get your avatar. Once you start a topic or ask questions, be sure to follow up with them....someone has almost always responded to you.
And, pick an avatar you can live with and become ...well you...not overly distracting or profane. We instantly recognize posts based on avatar much quicker than by name alone.
