Kinda on topic, but I think once this error gets fixed, the community as a whole needs to update the wiki a whole lot.

Any new advances should be added yes, but in it's entirety the information is good.

That's arguable. The Wiki really is not up to scratch, at least in my opinion (and a few others around here, as far as I am aware). There's information in there, yes - but it's often badly presented, appallingly organised and otherwise lacking.
Every now and again, I have gone and assaulted it, but it loses its impetus when no-one else mucks in or it's clear no-one is actually bothering to read it.

I've got articles in there that help explain some of the site rules/principles, but nobody ever bothers to link the newbies to them when the matters come up.

When you make something that subsequently flies apart with considerable velocity...

... well, I think.
I'm guessing based on context.

I have no problem getting to the Wiki using the Wiki button at the top of the page.

How are you getting to this error message?

What's the bread crumb trail? You started at this link>then this link>then this link>so on, so on etc...

I just got the following:
There was a problem when connecting to the phpBB database.
Check your Host, Username, and Password settings.

MySQL Error Number: 0
MySQL Error Message:
I got there my going to the Wiki, selecting a page, and then trying to log in using the login button. I entered the username and password, then received the error.

I was on the Valve CV stub page. I was going to add the definition of valve CV to the page, but was unable due to the error. I was going to add
Cv – Flow Coefficient = Index of Flow Capacity equivalent to the gallons per minute of water at standard temperature (60°F = 16°C) which will flow through a valve or fitting at a pressure differential across the valve of 1 psi.
To this page;
http://www.spudfiles.com/spud_wiki/inde ... oefficient

I found it and copied it directly from this page;
http://www.smithvalve.com/technical/flo ... cient.aspx

I attempted this due to the recent comments the Wiki needs updates.
