I just finished my hybrid about 30 mins ago and now i am posting it. The chamber is 4 inch pipe nipple the union is 3/4 inch and the meter is gen 1 its all stell, brass and the barrel is about 80 inches of half inch copper pipe.

Looks very industrial and very metal :headbang: did you use teflon tape to keep the chamber from shorting the ignition?

no i just used the teflon tape so there would be no leakes when you presureize it... but i guess that helps that i never thought of that.

haha, yeah if you didnt have that teflon tape you wouldnt get a spark(correct me if im wrong on that guys) because the electricity would take the path of least resistance, being the steel chamber.

it would take the path of least resisance but if you look the wire off to the right makes it so it would spark with the chamber

Nice gun, but any particular reason why the union is yellow? Just seems slightly out of place.....

Ooh, paint it yellow and black like a hazard sign. A tank of mapp would look good on it too.

By the way, at higher mixes your spark may start arcing around the teflon tape outside the chamber. How big is your spark gap?

well the union is yellow because where my dad works painted it before and the spark gap is veyr small maybe 1/4 inch.
