Dremel out the tee to the half way point, use a short piece of pipe for a cylinder the piston can ride in.

Edit: Sorry wrong topic.

Anyway, i've done it in 5minutes with a holesaw, they cost a bit, but it's worth it. You can get sets for about $20 now.

It's harder to not go to deep then it is removing the plastic inside the tee.
