I'm planning on making a paintball sniper rifle, I also want to build a model of a gun around it, out of wood most likely. I need suggestions on a gun that is cool and would be easy to build, not too worried about detail.

Just type the name of the gun and I can look it up.

These look like they could be made out of a coaxial cannon.

If I have the right tools I might make it look like a 50 Cal, it's a simple cool looking gun.

there is an upgrade that gives the xm8 a sniper rifle barrel. do some research before you post.

I might use a 2" Chamber with a 2"tee in the back so I can use a clip in a coaxial, I'll have the bolt attached to to the piston to make it an auto-loader.

I well know the Xm8 And even if there is an upgrade, the Xm8 stay a close fire fire arm and the upgrade are better more for the sight than for the range ...

P.S. Would a 3/4" with a 1.5" chamber make a good coaxial?

I like that gun too, looks a lot like the .50 cal. I'm most likely going to use one of these.

The wierd looking one would be easy to cut out of wood. If I changed it a little it could look pretty cool.

The AMR is my favourite weapon of all times.
But design-wise, I'd go for the H&K PSG-1 any time.

lol, why don't you use the springfield ore m1.
ore that barret M stuff you could make them out of sheet metal.
i'm trying to make a thompson combustion. still working progress (cant find the right metal )
