Next step in the hobby?

I so far have built a combustion and a pnuematic both basic with some trial and error, i was wondering what the next step really after making the basics guns are, i cant get my hands on a stun gun or nothing so thats out of the question, but what would be a more advanced powerful combustion or pnuematic? I prefer the pnuematics, i want to make a hybrid but i dont think im ready for it and i dont feel truly knowledgeable enough to do it safely. Any suggestions on where to go next?

piston valve it all, fuel meters, hybrid, semiauto, full auto, then just go huge.

how expensive and complicated is it to make a hybrid? is it a hard thing to do or can someone at my level safely build one?

Try making a gatling or chain gun. Build three pneumatics and find a way to make a rotary gun.

The blue flame II that pcguy built is something that really catches my eye, not the way it is in shape but the type of cannon. Is it a hybrid or just a combustion that uses propane? How safe is it for someone like me to build something like the blue blame?

your gunna have to be the judge of that cause we dont know how much you really know. i would say do some propane meters first though. basically the only new concept in a hybrid after you can do meters is a burst disk i think. and some math. depends on how much you trust your skills i guess.

This one uses a solid propellant, but you could use a hybrid method instead. It would be even more powerful than a hybrid, and more dangerous, I plan on building a mini one of these after the completion of several of my hybrids.

Also the one I will build will be SCH 160 Steel.

Another reason why I think this would be the next step is beceause nobody to my knowledge has built one.

PCGUY hasnt built a fricken' cannon in forever. So if the cannon you see doesnt have cobwebs on it, most likely its not PC's...

Addmitedly, velocity would be very high...
But if that's your goal, why not play with helium-fuel-oxygen mixtures in a hybrid? The helium will make for more pressure and faster burn (less heat capacity than nitrogen) and also allow a higher velocity to be obtained.
